Sony Michel's fourth-quarter touchdown proved the defining play of a game that was dominated by defences. The win, a sixth, sees the Pats equal the Pittsburgh Steelers for the most titles ever and gives quarterback Tom Brady the most-ever Super Bowls for a player.

But expect drama now we're in the fourth quarter. Both teams are positioned to win, can they step up now and put the grind behind us and produce an inspirational moment?
Brady's pass knocked down to end the drive, they'll punt this one away. Rams, suddenly, can smell the lead.
Anderson now catching the ball, is Gurley done?
Rams blow a second and one with a hold, that'll move them back six yards short.
Anderson around the edge, it's OUT! But it trickles just over the chalk and out of bands, how fortunate for the Rams.
They need two on third down: Fizzed into Cooks.
Goff to, yes, Gurley, who loses a yard and we'll take a timeout.
Everett targeted, but there's no hope there with that pass from Goff.
Third and long now, Goff receives some heat in the form of a Pats blitz, it's incomplete.
FLAG! Holding defence, relief for the Rams.
Goff licks his wounds, can he keep this drive going: steps back, dialled into Cooks.
Gurley says 'I'm still here,' breaking away for a first down, but holding on offence erases that one.
Goff is hit on the sideline by Jones, Rams want a flag? They don't get it. Second and very long.
Goff goes for it all to Cooks, but no good. Flowers gobbles up the run to end the Rams' drive, and it's a punt once more.

Gronkowski gathers one in to remind us all he's still capable of a big play. 18 yards right there.
Down the middle to Edelman, he scurries away on his 10th catch for another first down.
Gronkowski again, down at the two-yard line. Pats so close to a first touchdown.

Time for McVay to bring out his box of tricks.
There is no time left to be conservative, Rams must conjure something here, open it up.
There's 7:00 on the clock, drama imminent.
A big first down for Reynolds, keeps Rams alive.
Woods brings in another from Goff, who is starting to sling it, back to back first down passes.
It's floated up there for Cooks, it's there for him for the touchdown, but he can't bring it in. Huge let-off for the Pats.
Gilmore grabs the interception as Goff goes for it one more time, a dagger to the Rams' hopes.
Rams need a miracle then, Michel blocked on first down.
Can Brady kill the game here?
Michel gets loose for 26 yards, which might break the spirit of the Rams.
Flag is out, face mask for the Rams' defence, the last thing they needed.
That could do it?
Pats run it once more, forcing the Rams to call for a timeout.
Second and seven: Can the Rams survive? First down all but ends it. It's 2:42 on the clock.
Burkhead breaks out, rattles off a 26-yard run to the Rams' 33-yard line. This one is over.
A huge play, the Rams are now out of timeouts.
The Rams refuse the penalty, sneakily banking an extra timeout.
