The January transfer window has shut and Premier League sides will have to make do with what they have until the summer beyond free agents.
Crystal Palace's late swoop for Michy Batshuayi on loan should provide intrigue with the Belgian flopping at Valencia and requiring a fresh start, and with the Eagles still to face Man United, Arsenal and Tottenham, he could still aid Chelsea this season.
Arsenal wrapped up the loan (with an option to buy) signing of Barcelona's Denis Suarez to give Unai Emery an alternative option, whilst Newcastle's club record £21 million move for Miguel Almiron should please Rafa Benitez after a turbulent few weeks.

Conspicuous purely because of its quietness, this winter’s transfer window has had little in the way of action. Nonetheless, there have been bargains to be had and blunders to be made
So-goodbye-Wilfried-Bony
Wilfried Bony has joined Qatari side Al-Arabi Sports Club from Swansea, ending a spell of four seasons in south-Wales in between two years at Manchester City and a loan spell at Stoke.
Watford shift Wilmot
Ben Wilmot has completed a loan move from Watford to Udinese until the end of the season.
The defender has made six appearances so far for Watford, with two in the Premier League.
Another United departure
Manchester United youngster Callum Whelan has joined Port Vale on loan until the end of the season.
Late business at Tottenham?
It's very unlikely, like very unlikely, but, there could be some late drama with Michy Batshuayi and a potential move to Tottenham.
The Chelsea forward wants to move to another club after his unsuccessful loan spell at Valencia and is being offered to several clubs, including Tottenham.
The Belgian forward is asking for an almighty wage and Spurs seemingly do not see the value.
The Telegraph are reporting that Chelsea only want to sell him, while Spurs are only interested in a loan move. Stalemate.

Youri Tielemans has joined Leicester on loan as Adrien Silva goes the other way to Monaco until the end of the season.
"I’m really excited to get going," Tielemans said. "The Premier League is one of the best leagues in the world and when I was young, I always watched Premier League games. I’m really happy to be here and I’m excited to get started.
“It’s a big family. Everybody is really kind and really good with me. I think it will be really good here."
Chelsea outgoing...but it's not Batshuayi
Lucas Piazon has joined Serie A side Chievo on loan until the end of the season.
The 25-year-old Brazilian has not played for Maurizio Sarri this season but waws an unsued substitute during the Carabao Cup win against Tottenham.

Tottenham outgoing
Young Tottenham forward Kazaiah Sterling has joined Sunderland on loan until the end of the season. Anthony Georgiou has also joined Levante on a deal the end of the season.
Sterling played the final few minutes during Tottenham's 2-0 defeat to Crystal Palace in the FA Cup.
