Six fixtures get underway at 3pm, with Championship leaders Norwich City travelling to Barnsley. Brighton are hoping to avoid the same fate as West Brom when they welcome Blackpool to the Amex, with the Seasiders having produced one of the shocks of the third round.
Sheffield United are looking to keep their momentum alive after this competition brought their first win of the season against Bristol Rovers in the previous round. Meanwhile, West Ham are in flying form and won’t want to risk any negative drop when they take on Doncaster. All-Championship ties between Millwall and Bristol City and Nottingham Forest’s trip to Swansea complete the mid-afternoon ties. Follow all the action live below:

39 mins: A Cheltenham corner is flicked on by Tozer but it doesn’t fall for a teammate and City break on the counter. Mahrez brings down the ball as it comes over the top and takes it out to the right. He whips in the cross but Will Boyle deals with it well.

36 mins: Fernandinho has a shy from range and it swerves just wide of goal. Earlier Mahrez drifts in from the right and slots the ball into Jesus who is tackled on the edge of the box. He wants a free kick or a penalty but gets neither.

33 mins: Close! Foden and Mendy combine well again over on the left wing. Mendy brings it into the box and cuts it back to Foden who takes a left-footed shot and narrowly misses to the left of the near post.

30 mins: City give away a free kick over on the right side of their own final third. Clements floats it into the far side of the box and Steffen comes out to claim the ball.

27 mins: Foden finds Mendy on the left and he plays an awkward ball into the six-yard box but there are no City players waiting and the Robins boot it clear.

24 mins: A goalkick is won by Lloyd and he knocks it down. May is played into the box and he takes a shot first time and finds the side-netting.

21 mins: Cheltenham have survived the opening 20 minutes. Griffiths has made a couple of good saves and Tozer’s cleared one off the line but things are all square. Mahrez whips in a cross towards Jesus who misses the header and the ball goes out off his shoulder.

18 mins: Save! Josh Griffiths to the rescue again. Foden picks up the ball high on the left wing. He runs to the byline and cuts it into the box for Ferran Torres. He shoots first time and turns the ball towards goal but Griffiths gets low to make a good one-handed save.

15 mins: Cheltenham have done alright so far. Apart the from goalline clearance Man City haven’t had a clear chance. George Lloyd bursts forward on the counter attack and passes to Finn Azaz. He tries to pick out Alfie May but the pass is wayward and City regain possession.

12 mins: Clements sends a free kick into the box and Fernandinho heads it clear. City attempt to send Foden free down the left wing but the pass is overhit and Ben Tozer takes over for the Robins.
City win the ball back and whip it into the box. It falls to Mendy who drills one at goal and has it cleared off the line by Tozer! What a stop from the centre-back.
