Six fixtures get underway at 3pm, with Championship leaders Norwich City travelling to Barnsley. Brighton are hoping to avoid the same fate as West Brom when they welcome Blackpool to the Amex, with the Seasiders having produced one of the shocks of the third round.
Sheffield United are looking to keep their momentum alive after this competition brought their first win of the season against Bristol Rovers in the previous round. Meanwhile, West Ham are in flying form and won’t want to risk any negative drop when they take on Doncaster. Striker Danny Ings could return for Southampton after isolating due to testing positive for coronavirus.
Ings has recently recovered from a hamstring injury but missed the Saints' last two games.
Arsenal could hand a debut to newly signed goalkeeper Mat Ryan who was signed on Friday as back-up to first-choice Bernd Leno.
Defender Pablo Mari is ruled out with a calf injury but midfielder Dani Ceballos will have a late fitness test.

Southampton qualified for the fourth round of the FA Cup on Tuesday night when they faced Shrewsbury at St. Marys. Dan N'Lundulu opened the scoring in the 16th minute to part the Saints in control and James Ward-Prowse put the icing on the cake with a second in the 89th minute.
Arsenal also progressed through the third round with a 2-0 win. This victory coming against Newcastle who made it difficult for the Gunners especially in the first half. The match went to extra-time and looked certain to go to penalties but Emile Smith-Rowe, who had a red card overturned on VAR, found a touch of space in the box and broke the deadlock in the 109th minute. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang put the result beyond doubt eight minutes later and Arsenal were through.
