Cristian Stellini takes charge of Spurs in their first game since Conte’s departure against Sean Dyche’s Toffees
Tottenham Hotspur begin life after Antonio Conte with a trip to face Everton this evening.
Spurs elected to move on from the Italian manager during the international break a week after Conte labelled the club’s players as lacking in “fight” and “desire” in an explosive press conference that seemed destined to end his time in north London.
Interim boss Cristian Stellini has recent touchline experience, covering for Conte during a health-related absence earlier in the season, but faces a tough test first up against an Everton side strengthened under Sean Dyche.
With eight sides appearing to be in the relegation battle, a point or more against a visiting side in transition seems feasible and could be vital.

BLOCK! Coleman's cross deflects into the air and loops to Onana, who lays it off to Godfrey with a lovely backheel. He hits his shot first time towards the far post, but Skipp makes an important block to help it wide.

Gray wins a free-kick down the right and swings it into the box. Spurs can't clear their lines, and Skipp kicks it out of Lloris' hands, but the keeper recovers quickly to pounce on the loose ball before Onana.

BLOCK! Again, Spurs switch it out to Perisic on the left, and he cuts back before curling in a cross to the far post. Porro is racing onto it, but McNeil gets there first just before the wing-back to put it behind.

Iwobi wriggles away from Lenglet with a clever drop of the shoulder but lets himself down as he drills his cross straight at Dier. Gray follows in on the rebound but fires his shot against Romero.

WIDE! Spurs are starting to move it upfield a little quicker now, and Dier goes for another big switch, this time out to Perisic in space on the left. He clips a good cross into the middle for Kane, but he glances his header wide.
