Cristian Stellini takes charge of Spurs in their first game since Conte’s departure against Sean Dyche’s Toffees
Tottenham Hotspur begin life after Antonio Conte with a trip to face Everton this evening.
Spurs elected to move on from the Italian manager during the international break a week after Conte labelled the club’s players as lacking in “fight” and “desire” in an explosive press conference that seemed destined to end his time in north London.
Interim boss Cristian Stellini has recent touchline experience, covering for Conte during a health-related absence earlier in the season, but faces a tough test first up against an Everton side strengthened under Sean Dyche.
With eight sides appearing to be in the relegation battle, a point or more against a visiting side in transition seems feasible and could be vital.

GREAT SAVE! Kulusevski ghosts between two Everton players before playing a lovely throughball into Son, who peeled off the back of Tarkowski. He hits a low shot across goal, which Pickford keeps out with his leg before the flag goes up.

Dier just beats Tarkowski to it in the air, but his clearance goes as far as McNeil. He whips in a better cross from the left, but nobody is at the far post for Everton.

Both teams currently have a player down, though Perisic quickly gets back up. Tarkowski doesn't, requiring treatment on his knee after it looks like he twisted it during a challenge from Dier. He's able to carry on.

SAVE! Gray loses out to Lenglet, who quickly puts Spurs back under pressure with a sloppy pass. Iwobi squares it to Onana just outside the D, but he snatches at his shot, and Lloris gets down to make a comfortable save.

Godfrey commits himself to a challenge he doesn't win, and it allows Spurs to break quickly. It's switched out to Kane, who lifts an early cross into the far post, but Coleman beats Perisic to it.

It's better from Spurs here as Hojbjerg clips it out to Porro, and he bursts past Godfrey to pull it back from the byline. Nobody is in the box for the visitors though, and Keane comfortably clears.

Spurs just can't keep hold of the ball when they advance into the final third at the moment. Lenglet and Porro both lose the ball cheaply in good positions, and Everton play out from the back.

Everton win another free-kick, this time on the left, and Spurs fail to clear their lines properly once more. It's worked out to Coleman on the far side, and he picks out Doucoure with his cross, but his header loops high and wide.

Everton quickly win it back from Spurs' throw-in and Iwobi whips another good cross in from the right. Porro leisurely knocks it back to Lloris, not realising that McNeil is behind him, but the keeper deals with it just in time.
