The group stage of the Champions League concludes tonight with Manchester City and Chelsea in action.

Manchester City have it all to play for in Rome, with a victory over their Serie A opponents likely to take them through to the next phase. A score draw could also be enough but much will depend on what happens in the other Group E game featuring Bayern Munich vs CSKA Moscow. Chelsea meanwhile have already secured top spot in their group, however Jose Mourinho will be keen for his side to remain unbeaten in this season's competition. They take on Sporting Lisbon with the Portuguese outfit needing at least a draw at Stamford Bridge to advance.

Also in action tonight are Barcelona who host PSG. Top spot is at stake at the Nou Camp ensuring an interesting conclusion to Group G.
