The event in Nyon will feature three Premier League teams, with Arsenal qualifying as runners-up in Group D and Chelsea clinching top spot in Group G.
Manchester City joined them on Wednesday night with victory over Roma, however Liverpool failed to progress beyond the group stage after drawing with Basel at Anfield on Tuesday night.
There will be two pots, one consisting of group winners and the other of runners-up. No teams that progressed from the same group or are from the same country can be drawn against each other.
Confirmed group winners: Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid, AS Monaco, Borussia Dortmund, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, FC Porto, Barcelona
Confirmed runners-up: Juventus, FC Basel, Bayer Leverkusen, Arsenal, Shakhtar Donetsk, Manchester City, Schalke, PSG.
The group winners will play away in the Round of 16 first-legs on 17/18 and 25/26 February and then at home in the second-leg on 10/11 and 17/18 March.
