Withjust over a week to go until Black Friday officially begins, we’re seeing hundreds of early deals dropping across major brands and retailers, including Currys, Argos, Debenhams, Boots and Shark, so you can start your shopping right away.

Whether you’re looking to stock up on beauty essentials, replace your old laptop, or invest in a new mattress, the IndyBest team has been compiling hundreds of impressive deals in our Black Friday shopping guides. But for real-time updates on discounts and news as it drops, our liveblog has you covered.

The Black Friday sales could save you cash on a TV, toys, jewellery and furniture, but the steepest discounts aren’t necessarily the best deals. The most impressive discounts are those on products that are actually worth your money, so we’ll make sure to bring you offers on items we’ve tested ourselves.

So far, Samsung has started its sale, ghd is offering up to 25 per cent off everything, Oodie has 50 per cent off blanket hoodies and Dyson is offering hundreds of pounds off its products. Elsewhere, you can find bargains at Boots, Currys, Argos, Lookfantastic and more. It’s shaping up to be one of the biggest Black Friday sales ever.

Black Friday mattress deals

The best part about Black Friday is that you can finally get a good night’s rest, because a bunch of mattresses go on sale during the price-cutting bonanza. In fact, plenty of bed-in-a-box brands have already begun slashing prices.

Eve Sleep premium hybrid mattress, double: Was £949, now £549, Evesleep.co.uk

(Eve Sleep)

A great deal from Eve Sleep this Black Friday with a generous 40 per cent off, the premium hybrid mattress is a fusion of spring, foam and over 1,400 full-sized pocket springs. When testing this mattress, interiors writer Ali said: “On this I had the best night’s sleep in years. This is thanks to the hybrid premium’s clever fusion of full-size springs and layer upon layer of innovative foam. The mattress boasts memory foam that isolates movement, meaning there’s no motion transfer if you sleep next to a night fidget – but then again, the night fidgeting seems to have ceased anyway, and I’m getting a great night’s sleep all round.”

Outdoor brand Mountain Warehouse has launched some early Black Friday discounts, and the sale includes everything from hiking boots to padded down jackets. Most are on clearance, so they’re at rock-bottom prices.

Its men’s padded jacket has been reduced by a huge 63 per cent, while the women’s extreme down jacket has been slashed from £210, down to just £100.

Will Adanola have a Black Friday sale?

Adanola’s a bit of a weird one. Unlike other sportswear brands, such as Gymshark and Aybl, Adanola decided last year that it wasn’t going to have a Black Friday sale. I’m not sure if it’s sticking with that decision this year, but I have reached out and will keep you posted. It only made the announcement a week before Black Friday. Here’s what the brand said last year over on Instagram:

When will Uniqlo Black Friday sales begin?

(AP)

If you’re a fan of Uniqlo’s effortless and minimalist chic, you’re going to have to wait a little bit longer for the brand to kick off its sale. I predict that Uniqlo won’t be starting its sale until the Thursday before Black Friday (28 November) if it follows the same pattern as last year.

Save £100 on this Samsung the frame TV this Black Friday

Sticking with Samsung, I’m absolutely in love with its range of “the frame” TVs, and if you’re looking for an upgrade, it’s a brilliant choice now that it’s on sale at John Lewis.

Samsung the frame 55in TV QLED smart TV with slim fit wall mount: Was £1,149, now £899, Johnlewis.com

(John Lewis)

Basically a piece of wall art, the Samsung “frame” TVs blend into your home decor, not disrupting your environment. It’s designed to look just like a photo frame, and so when you’re not watching, it transforms into artwork. The glare-free 4k QLED matte display helps with the subtle facade, and the picture is powered by Quantum Dot technoloy. A great TV with great picture quality.

Save a huge £100 on the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic

If you’re looking for some new tech this Black Friday, Samsung’s Galaxy Watch Classic is a great choice. With a classy design, it’s the best smartwatch for Android users, and it’s currently on sale at Currys.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 classic: Was £369, now £269,Currys.co.uk

The Samsung Galaxy watch 6 features in my review of the best smartwatches, where I called it the “the best Android smartwatch for Samsung users”. This deal on the classic edition of the watch, which is the same but larger and with a rotating bezel, has £100 off at Currys.

Are there any Dyson airwrap Black Friday deals?

While I’m still waiting for those coveted Dyson airwrap deals to float to the surface, other cult Dyson hair tools have already been reduced in Boots’ early Black Friday sale, including the airstraight.

Dyson airstrait straightener: Was £499.99, now £399.99, Boots.com

(Dyson)

True to its name, the airstrait takes your hair from wet to styled using air rather than heat, reducing the possibility of damage. When IndyBest editor Eva got her hands on the tool, she likened it to the way her hair looks after a hairdresser blowdries it into a straight style. It also made her “thick, weighty locks feel light and healthy”, and the finish was “much more natural”. You can currently save £100 on the gadget this Black Friday.

What other Huda Beauty deals will drop this Black Friday?

Look, beauty buffs know all the benefits of the brand, but it’s the price that stops people from going all in. The Independent’s beauty writer is rounding up her predictions for the sale in her article below. And last year, she saw Huda Beauty’s best-selling blush reduced to less than £10. That’s over 70 per cent off the usual price. For more of the best early beauty Black Friday buys, have a read of Lucy’s article below:
