Black Friday 2024 live: £50 off Dyson supersonic, PlayStation discounts and more
Brands and retailers are kicking off their Black Friday sales early, with deals on ghd, Ninja and more
With less than two weeks to go until Black Friday’s main event, hundreds of early deals are dropping from major brands and retailers, including Currys, Argos, Debenhams, Boots, Shark and more, so you can start your shopping right away.
Whether you’re looking to stock up on beauty essentials, replace your old laptop, or invest in a new mattress, the IndyBest team has been compiling hundreds of impressive deals in our Black Friday shopping guides. But for real-time updates on discounts and news as it drops, our liveblog has you covered.
The Black Friday sales could save you cash on a TV, toys, jewellery and furniture, but the steepest discounts aren’t necessarily the best deals. The most impressive discounts are those on products that are actually worth your money, so we’ll make sure to bring you offers on items we’ve tested ourselves.
So far, Samsung has started its sale, ghd is offering up to 25 per cent off everything, Oodie has 50 per cent off blanket hoodies and Dyson is offering hundreds of pounds off its products. Elsewhere, you can find bargains at Boots, Currys, Argos, Lookfantastic and more. It’s shaping up to be one of the biggest Black Friday sales ever.

Save £200 on this all-new Amazon TV this Black Friday
Amazon’s just launched an all-new Fire TV, updating it with better visuals and Dolby Atmos sound. Better yet, it’s already discounted ahead of Black Friday.
Amazon Fire TV 55in omni mini-LED series 4K TV: Was £859.99, now £649.99, Amazon.co.uk
While I’m yet to test Amazon’s newly launched mini-LED series of Fire TVs, this introductory offer on the new Fire TV omni is too good not to consider. The backlit display has 512 dimming zones for OLED-style contrast and LED-style brightness, while the 144hz refresh rate is ideal for getting the best picture quality from the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. There’s 24 per cent off between now and the end of Black Friday.

Apple AirPods 3: Was £149, now £99, Johnlewis.com
Looking for some new headphones? John Lewis has just discounted the third-generation AirPods. While they’re not the newest ones in the line-up, and don’t boast any active noise cancellation, they’re still a great pair of buds. “They’re a very big step up from the second-generation model and the improved audio is noticeable, especially with spatial audio, with a tight fit,” tech critic David Phelan said in his review.
Le Creuset Black Friday deals
If you were one of those people queuing up outside a Hampshire warehouse last weekend trying to get yourself some discount Le Creuset gear, don’t be a silly sausage, there are already discounts to be found online.
Le Creuset enamelled cast iron round casserole dish: Was £209, now £178, Amazon.co.uk
French brand Le Creuset’s cast iron casserole dish has taken on family-heirloom status in many people’s homes, but cookware like this doesn’t come cheap, so this sizeable price cut is not to be sniffed at. Discounted by nearly 30 per cent in Amazon’s early Black Friday sale, the dish is suitable for one-pot meals and can be used on any cooking surface. In Rachael’s review, she said: “It was perfect for making slow-roasted dishes such as casseroles, but I also whipped up a loaf of bread, which cooked evenly and with a nice, crispy crust.” Available in a number of colourways, the cerise shade currently has the lowest price point.
Wake up and smell this almost £200 Sage coffee machine discount
If you’re struggling to wake up this morning, or you’re spending way too much on barrista-made coffees, it’s probably time you invested in a coffee machine.

The only thing hotter than coffee right now is this deluxe appliance. With almost £180 off and Nespresso products selling out fast at John Lewis & Partners, now could be the best time to invest in the cafe-quality coffee machine. It can whip up two cappuccinos in 65 seconds, while the fully-automated steam wand means you can perfect your latte art at home. In appliance expert Zoe’s review of this Nespresso machine, she said she “loved that this machine offered the convenience of a pod machine with the chance to be creative and a bit extra with making my coffee just the way I like it.”

PS5 Pro Black Friday deals are already here
But while there aren’t any good Xbox deals out there right now, this deal on the PS5 Pro almost made me cry tears of joy. Despite only being out for a little over a week, the EE Store has already slashed the premium console in price.

The EE Store has already slashed the price of the PS5 Pro by £40 in its early Black Friday sale, taking it down to just £660.
