From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.

Teams...

Ireland: Jared Payne; Keith Earls, Garry Ringrose, Robbie Henshaw, Simon Zebo; Jonathan Sexton, Kieran Marmion; Jack McGrath, Rory Best, Tadhg Furlong, Donnacha Ryan, Iain Henderson, CJ Stander, Sean O'Brien, Jamie Heaslip.

Replacements: Niall Scannell, Cian Healy, John Ryan, Devin Toner, Peter O'Mahony, Luke McGrath, Paddy Jackson, Andrew Conway.

England: Mike Brown; Anthony Watson, Jonathan Joseph, Owen Farrell, Elliot Daly; George Ford, Ben Youngs; Joe Marler, Dylan Hartley, Dan Cole, Joe Launchbury, Courtney Lawes, Maro Itoje, James Haskell, Billy Vunipola.

Replacements: Jamie George, Mako Vunipola, Kyle Sinckler, Tom Wood, Nathan Hughes, Danny Care, Ben Te'o, Jack Nowell.

58 mins: A lovely break from Payne sees the full-back run into space, and he's stopped by a combination of brown and Watson. the fans aren't happy with Watson's tackle, thinking it was high, but it's not checked. Brown then makes a good break after taking a high ball, but England give away possession again and now a high shot has been spotted, this time by Owen Farrell on - yep, you guessed it - Sexton. Cian Healy is on for Jack McGrath, while the referee gets a bit of treatment on his radio communication.

60 mins: England take the break in play to bring Tom Wood on for James Haskell and Kyle Sinckler for Dan Cole, and once again Sexton cops a big hit. Best complains to Garces that he's being targeted, but the referee says he's seen nothing illegal in the tackles. What he has seen though is an England offside so Sexton will kick for goal on the England 10m line, and about seven metres in from touch. A big kick, this.

63 mins: Sexton nails it! What a fantastic kick that is! The lead is out to 13-6.

63 mins: Ben Te'o is on for George Ford, meaning Farrell is in to fly-half, and Nathan Hughes replaces Billy Vunipola and immediately runs right over Simon Zebo. A powerful introduction from the Wasps man. Ireland flood the defence though and a poor pass from Joseph has Itoje heading backwards. However, England get the penalty when Conway tackles Watson in the air and Farrell can kick for touch. Danny care comes on for Ben Youngs, while Devin Toner is on for Ryan.

66 mins: England are using the maul to great effect here and drive forwards about 15m. They have advantage, and Farrell decides to put up the high ball for Watson to charge on to. He can't gather it, but England have the penalty. A big decision now as it's well within Farrell's range, but their driving maul looks unstoppable. Farrell will go for goal though.

Jack de Menezes18 March 2017 18:35

67 mins: Farrell nails it and the lead is cut to 13-9.

Jack de Menezes18 March 2017 18:36

68 mins: A few more replacements as Jack Nowell comes on for Jonathan Joseph, meaning Elliot Daly switches to outside centre. Ringrose makes another break from the restart as England fail to collect, but the ball is knocked forwards in contact.

Jack de Menezes18 March 2017 18:37

69 mins: England definitely have the edge in the pack now as they win a penalty from the scrum, and it'll be interesting to see if they can get their lineout functioning every time with the 6ft 10in Toner on. Luke McGrath is on for Marmion, who has been very solid today.

Jack de Menezes18 March 2017 18:38

70 mins: Garces calls an immediate stoppage after a big collision between Te'o and, I think, Henshaw. Te'o's going off with a lot of blood coming from his mouth and not much idea where he is, so Ford is back on at 10, pushing Farrell back to centre. As you were, lads. The heavens have opened once again too, as the rain is pelting down in Dublin.
