France vs England LIVE: Six Nations rugby result, final score and reaction as France seal Grand Slam
France 25-13 England: Follow live as France seal a Grand Slam and a first Six Nations title since 2010 in Paris
Follow live coverage as France beat England 25-13 in the finale of the Six Nations in Paris to win the Grand Slam and lift the championship trophy for the first time in 12 years.
Fabien Galthie’s side made history as they claimed a Grand Slam and a first championship title since 2010. Victory over England achieved both those goals but the pressure was on, as any other result would have seen Ireland snatch the title after they beat Scotland earlier in the day.
Tries from Gael Fickou, Francois Cros and Antoine Dupont secured the title for Les Bleus in front of a raucous crowd at the Stade de France.
Follow all the latest reaction from the Stade de France:
Wales 21-22 Italy
That result had been coming - for both sides. Italy have grown and grown during this tournament, settling in to new structures and styles brought in by Kieran Crowley in the autumn and coalescing as a squad. And this may only be the start. This is an incredibly youthful Italian side, with a 23-year-old captain, a 10-12 axis with a combined age of 41 and, evidently, a 22-year-old full-back capable of producing something from nothing.
As for Wales, all of their chickens came home to roost. A performance full of lateral attack, individual errors and a real lack of gumption. A chastening defeat for Wayne Pivac, who will now be under serious, serious pressure.

Italy beat Wales
By the way, the official Player of the Match award went to Josh Adams, which is incredibly unjust. Among the individual standouts in the Italian side to my eye: Danilo Fischetti, Federico Ruzza, Michele Lamaro, Monty Ioane - but, really, everyone.
Italy win a men’s Six Nations game for the first time since 2015!
That was thoroughly, thoroughly deserved. Italy were the better team virtually from start to finish, and a moment conjured from nowhere by their latest discovery secures a famous victory for Kieran Crowley’s young side. What a performance! What a win! What a start to Super Saturday!
F/T: WALES 21-22 ITALY
PAOLO GARBISI COLLAPSES IN DELIGHT AND DISBELIEF! They’ve done it! Garbisi is mobbed by his teammates - an outstanding, controlling performance from the young fly-half.
TRY! Wales 21-22 ITALY (EDOARDO PADOVANI TRY, 80 minutes)
ITALY SCORE UNDER THE POSTS! ANGE CAPUOZZO YOU MAGICIAN! ITALY ARE GOING TO WIN!
OH THIS IS A THING OF REMARKABLE BEAUTY! There is nothing, nothing on as Capuozzo catches in his own half. He looks up, assesses his options and sets off, aimlessly at first but then with purpose. He wriggles free of Josh Adams clutches and suddenly opportunity abounds, Capuozzo keeping his feet as he dances along the right touchline.
He could score himself in the corner but shrewdly recognises the need for the conversion, and Edoardo Padovani is with him! Padovani plants the ball down beneath the posts - Paolo Garbisi converts! ITALY WIN A MEN’S SIX NATIONS GAME FOR THE FIRST TIME IN SEVEN YEARS!
Wales 21-15 Italy, 78 minutes
Stolen by Will Rowlands! Italy went safe with a call to the front jumper, but Rowlands gets his big mitt on the ball and Wales clear.
Wales 21-15 Italy, 77 minutes
Can Italy produce a winning try? They are giving it everything they have, playing creatively and with plenty of punch. Monty Ioane nearly runs right through Josh Navidi as he bursts from the back of a ruck. Paolo Garbisi jinks, hoping to find space, but is felled.
Back to the right, and a Welsh defender goes off their feet. Penalty Italy! The kick is good - Luca Bigi will throw a lineout on the Welsh 22.
Wales 21-15 Italy, 75 minutes
Ooh, that is naughty footwork from Louis Rees-Zammit, first hopping free from one tackler and then putting another in a spin cycle.
But, as it has been most of today, the promising attacking play from Wales is fleeting, and they knock on. Bradley Roberts makes a Six Nations debut as he replaces Dewi Lake.
