Despite their heavy defeat against England last weekend, Ireland have the chance to go top of the World Rugby rankings if they can beat Warren Gatland’s Wales side today – in what is the Kiwi coach’s final game in charge of the Welsh side in Cardiff.
Both sides have selected heavily-changed teams from their last outings, with a number of fringe players getting the chance to shine ahead of their final squad announcements next week. Follow the live updates below.

41 min - Wales 3-15 Ireland: The visitors are back in possession and currently softening up their opponents with a series of pick-and-drives.
The trigger is eventually pulled, with Carty sending long but it's a poor attempt and Amos easily claims.
42 min - Wales 3-15 Ireland: That's more like it from the hosts. Wales' backs spring into life down the right flank as the ball quickly passes through the hands of Williams, Lane and eventually Davies. The nine looks for the offload as he's brought down on the Irish 22 by a superb tap-tackle but his effort falls into enemy hands. Close but no cigar.
45 min - Wales 3-15 Ireland: Chants of 'Wales, Wales, Wales' ring out throughout the Principality as both sides contest for the ball at the breakdown near the half-way line. It seems to be in vain, though, with the hosts once again penalised. Looked like it was a knock-on. Ireland scrum.
47 min - Wales 3-15 Ireland: Another penalty against Wales. It's substitute Andrew Porter who gets the pat on the back as Jack Carty kicks into touch for an Irish line-out.
48 min - Wales 3-15 Ireland: Another composed line-out from the Irish rolls into a maul, which slowly edges its ways to the Welsh white line. Marmion picks the ball out after realising his forwards aren't going any further before sending it left. From there, Ireland repeatedly try to power their way through but don't have any luck this time.
It's substitute Rhys Patchell who eventually stops the wall of green shirts in their tracks, his well-timed tackle on Chris Farrell knocking the ball out of the Irishman's hands. Wales scrum on the 5-yard line.
52 min - Wales 3-15 Ireland: Yellow card for substitute Leon Brown. Looks like the prop has been penalised for illegal play at the scrum. Samson Lee returns to the field of play, with James Davies making his way to the bench.
53 min - Wales 3-15 Ireland: Try for the visitors!? Not quite. Andrew Conway touched down in the bottom right corner but the pass sent to him by Kieran Marmion was forward. We go back to a Wales scrum. One player down, they face quite the challenge in getting out of their own 22 here.
56 min - Wales 3-15 Ireland: The hosts looked to have broken clear, with Scott Williams sending the ball long, but the referee pulled back play to the scrum, awarding a penalty against Wales for collapsing the set piece.
