At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

Your support makes all the difference.Shane Lowry delivered an Open Championship masterclass as he broke the course record at Royal Portrush with an eight-under-par 63 to take a four-shot lead into Sunday's final round.
The weekend may be without Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy after they both missed the cut, but Saturday did not go without it's drama. Irishman Lowry has brought the fans to life with a truly brilliant round, and after starting the day on eight-under-par, he recorded a bogey-free round of 63 that featured eight birdies to lead Tommy Fleetwood by four shots.
Brooks Koepka moved himself up to fourth place alongside Justin Rose and just behindJB Holmes, but Lowry's brilliance means they already find themselvesa long way off the lead at the start of Sunday's play. The R&A Has also announced that Sunday's tee times have been moved forward due to the threat of bad weather. Follow the latest updates below.

Ryan Fox, Benjamin Herbert and Paul Casey all leap to one-under after strong starts, while Kyle Stanley is off to a flier after birdieing the first and second to go to two-under.
Remember, Fox set an Open record of 29 for the back nine on Thursday, so watch this space.
Stanley (-2) makes par on the third with little fus to continue his good start this morning.
Stanley is joined at two under by Doc Redman, who makes back-to-back birdies after a par on the first.
Molinari's (+2) hopes of defending his Open title are waring thin as his battle to get into the red continues. He makes par on the 10th and is yet to chip away at his overnight score of one-over, in fact he's made things harder with one bogey this morning.
Kevin Kisner moves to two-under after beginning the day with a birdie. The players are finding a lot of joy on the first and second, they seem to be key targets for those chipping away at their score.
Watson and Molinari both sink lower to three-under as they each make bogies. Molinari on the 11th and Watson on the 10th.
Doc Redman is absolutely flying and sinks his third consecutive birdie with a long-range putt to move to three under. The American is having the best time out there and moves up to tied-18, he could work his way closer to the top ten if he keeps this up.
Kyle Stanley's charge hits a sturdy wall as a double bogey on the fifth takes him back to square one and cancels out the shots he gained in the first two holes. Sigh.
Ryan Fox (-1) adds a third birdie to his card this morning as he dips back into the red.
Graeme McDowell pleases the home support with a birdie on the 11th to take him to par for the Championship.
Molinari (+3) sees a fairly tricky putt for birdie come and go on the 12th as he settles for par.
