The teams shared 10 tries during unquestionably the greatest Premiership final in its 16-year history. Exeter led after just 28 seconds when scrum-half Nic White claimed the quickest Premiership final touchdown, but Saracens ultimately prevailed with Jamie George's second score ultimately proving the difference.
Here's how it played out.

28 mins: England colleagues Williams and Farrell get to know each other a little better as the Saracens fly-half attempts to level the Exeter prop as he catches the ball. It forces a knock-on, and the two soon stop wrestling away on the deck as Barnes blows for the knock-on. Saracens win the free-kick at the resulting scrum and Farrell puts up a high one that stays in play.
31 mins: What a final we have on our hands! Exeter make a good break down the left through Jonny Hill, before Nowell dances his way right through the middle of the Saracens defence. Goode just stops him in time but the 14-man side are on the ropes, and it's Hill who manages to ride the challenge of three defenders and touch down to score the FIFTH try of the half!
Simmonds hits the left upright and deflects away, so the lead remains six points as Itoje comes on. 19-13
35 mins: That's a bit silly from Moon there. He's well tackled but when the bodies clear he gets back to his feet and attempts to continue his run, giving Saracens an easy penalty. Farrell decides to go for goal from about 40m out, and it's good to give Saracens three points. 19-16
36 mins: Armand is back on after passing the HIA as Simmonds kicks off to restart the match.
39 mins: Exeter are finding plenty of gaps in this Saracens defence and through simple phase work they're up to the five-metre line. Again, they go tight and narrow with one-out rugby...will it work?
40 mins: It doesn't...at least not yet as the ball is held up as Ewers goes for his second. But Exeter have a five-metre scrum in front of the posts and plenty of options.
40 mins: The tables turn and Exeter win the scrum penalty for collapsing. Simmonds takes the simple penalty and kicks it.
Half-time: Exeter Chiefs 22-16 Saracens
Half-time: Saracens return to the field first, with Farrell looking decidedly unimpressed as he stands and waits. Eventually Exeter follow, and here we go. The final 40 minutes of the Premiership season (as long as there's no extra time!).
Who will be crowned Premiership champions? We're about to find out.
