West Ham 3-2 Nottingham Forest: Tomas Soucek’s late goal earned the Hammers all three points
West Ham earned a crucial three points in their Premier League match against Nottingham Forest to end a run of three straight league defeats.
David Moyes’ side started the match in fine fashion as Lucas Paqueta slotted home to send them ahead three minutes into the game but Forest responded well through Taiwo Awoniyi’s first half equaliser.
The game threatened to spiral away from the Hammers as Anthony Elanga sent Forest ahead just after the hour mark but Jarrod Bowen levelled the game with a fine header two minutes later.
The deciding goal came two minutes from the end as Tomas Soucek turned the ball into the back of the net and secured the win for West Ham.

Among managers to take charge of at least 25 Premier League matches, only Nigel Worthington (21.2 per cent) and Brian McDermott (21.7 per cent) have won a lower percentage of their points in away games than Nottingham Forest manager Steve Cooper (12 out of 51, 23.5 per cent).
