High praise for Saints defender
Liverpool legend Jan Molby has pleaded with his former club to sign Virgil van Djik.
"I think he’s a super player. Very rarely do you get a player like him who is so suited to all six top clubs in England" He went on to say: “He will leave. I’m not sure he will leave in January, I think he’ll leave in the summer and Liverpool should very much show an interest"

Arsene Wenger plays down Ozil rumour
The Frenchman has dismissed the speculation that Mesut Ozil won't commit to a new contract until the manager does stating: “I don't think that is the main part of his decision, I think it's part of it but it's not the only thing, there are many other ingredients in these negotiations and hopefully we'll find a conclusion quickly with him.”
McClaren delighted with Hughes deal
Derby County have today announced that Will Hughes has committed to a new contract that keeps him at the club until 2020.
He told the club's official website: “We’re all thrilled that Will Hughes has signed his new deal and committed his future to Derby County until at least 2020.
“Will is an exciting young talent and a really important player for this football club, I’m excited about seeing him continue to develop, improve and play a key role here at Derby County moving forwards.”
PSG join the hunt

Hull City have announced the signings of Oumar Niasse from Everton and Evandro Goebel from Porto.

Lyon manager Bruno Genesio has spoke about the possibility of signing want-away Manchester United winger Memphis Depay

Spaniard returns home
Fulham centre midfielder Jozabed has joined Spanish team Celta Vigo on loan for the rest of the season.
The Spaniard hasn't made an appearance since October after falling down the rankings at Craven Cottage, he signed on a three-year deal from Rayo Vallecano during the summer.
Neil confirms Olsson talks
Norwich City manager Alex Neil has confirmed that Martin Olsson is in talks with Swansea City ahead of a potential transfer.
It seems like the swede might be used to make room for incoming transfers saying: "Of course we have transfer plans. I said after the Derby game, we need to move people out before we bring people in.
Brazilian Serie A club Corinthians are set to wrap up a deal for former Chelsea striker Didier Drogba.
The 38 year old would receive a £150,000 a week deal if he joined the club and would look to close his career the same way Brazilian striker Ronaldo did.
He is a free agent after his release by MLS club Montreal Impact and has stated his desire to continue playing many times, with Marseille linked.
