Manchester United have money to spend - and have already signed Victor Lindelof for £35m - but may be forced to shell out as much as £70m for both Alvaro Morata, while Andrea Belotti looks like he will stay at Torinio.
Chelsea's main man, Diego Costa, looks like he will be on his way after being told he is surplus to requirements by manager Antonio Conte.

'Pogba had something to prove'
Hugo Lloris also took time to praise France teammate Paul Pogba for his performance in a 3-2 win over England.
Pogba received mixed reviews after his first season back at Old Trafford following a world record transfer, but Lloris has backed the midfielder to come back even stronger next year.
"Maybe he had some things to prove, because he belongs to one of the best clubs in the world and he plays in the Premier League, and he has to show his level," Lloris said.
"Against England, he was fantastic and as a midfielder he helped the team a lot to manage the ball.
"I have no doubt that he will get better and better."
United in for the 'Turkish Dybala'?
The vice-president of Super Lig club Basaksehir has confirmed a number of clubs are interested in signing their young forward Cengiz Under.
But Mustafa Seral says the club are hesitant to let their rising star go so soon.
"Our response has been the same," Seral said. "It is an honour to receive so much interest but we feel it is in his best interests to spend one more season here and then leave.
“We will see what happens.”
The 19-year-old - referred to by some as the 'Turkish Dybala' for his likeness to the Juventus playmaker - is rumoured to be a target of Manchester United and Tottenham.
'Leeds set to appoint Christiansen as manager'
Leeds United are set to appoint Thomas Christiansen as their new manager, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post.
The Championship club have been without a manager since the departure of Garry Monk last month and had been linked with a number of names from across Europe.
The speculation now looks set to end in the next 24 hours with the man who took Cypriot club APOEL to the Europa League last 16 this season.
'Come home to Paris, Kylian!'
Kylian Mbappe has been urged to reject offers from Real Madrid, Arsenal and Liverpool in order to make a “beautiful” return home to Paris.
The 18-year-old grew up in Paris before moving to Monaco for footballing reasons but has been urged to return to the French capital by Paris Saint-Germain manager Unai Emery.
“When we speak of Mbappe here in Spain, we talk about Real or Barca. But I’m at PSG and I say: ‘What could be more beautiful than representing a French team?’” said the PSG boss.
When 'Arry met Terry
New Birmingham City boss Harry Redknapp has offered a contract to free agent John Terry.
The 36-year-old former England captain left Chelsea last month after over two decades in west London and Redknapp is hoping to give him a new home - albeit at a level down in the Championship.
"We've made him a good offer and we have done the best we can," Redknapp told TalkSport.
"It's up to John now, but we would love him at Birmingham."
Chelsea and Liverpool chase Ruben Neves
The Premier League champions are said to be one of a number of clubs keeping tabs on Porto youngster Ruben Neves.
Both Chelsea and Liverpool have been linked with the midfielder over the past couple of years but it now appears to be reaching a climax.

Will Jamie Vardy be having a party in Istanbul next season?
He could well be according to The Sun, who credit Turkish news agency DHA with the story that Fenerbahce are in for the England international.
The Super Lig side are looking to add to their firepower up front and are hoping to lure Vardy, along with Leicester teammate Ahmed Musa, away from the Premier League.
Fener, who have the likes of Robin van Persie, Martin Skrtel and Gregory van der Wiel at their disposal, hope the promise of European football next season will persuade them to leave.
'City poach La Masia starlet'
Manchester City are on the verge of signing Eric Garcia, seen as one of the best prospects at Barcelona's famed La Masia academy.
The young centre-back's representatives have told the Catalan giants their client will not be signing a new deal at the club, according to Sport.
Garcia, 16, will instead be offered a three-year deal for Pep Guardiola's City who are banned from signing academy players from other English clubs but free to poach international ones.
Barca, who have looked after the player since he was in the under-7s, are reportedly furious with the news.
Garcia was part of the Spain squad that won the European U-17 Championship last month, beating England in the final.
Real Madrid name their price for Morata
Real Madrid are insisting on a fee of €90m - just over £78m - fromManchester United for Alvaro Morata as the transfer of the striker is set to rumble on into another week.
Although the vast majority of the details of a “hugely attractive package” have been agreed between the Premier League club and the player, and they had even hoped to get the deal done as early as Tuesday of this week, there is not yet a final agreement with Madrid.
Granit Xhaka hopes Arsenal teammate Alexis Sanchez will stay at the Emirates this summer but fears his quality means the best sides in Europe are doing everything they can to sign him.
The Chilean forward has been heavily linked with a move to Bayern Munich after stalling on a new contract and Xhaka says his departure would be a blow.
