West Ham have a tough task this afternoon as they look to secure their Premier League future against champions Manchester City.
The Hammers currently sit 15th, six points clear of the relegation zone but could all-but secure their future with a victory, but it could admittedly be difficult against Guardiola’s men.
Elsewhere, the recently-crowned champions will be highly-motivated to earn maximum points as their quest to break the Premier League points record edges closer to completion.

What time is it?
The game kicks off at 2:15pm on Sunday.
Where can I see it?
The match will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Premier League.
It’s a big game for…
David Moyes. If the Hammers do earn the win, it would mean quite the impact at the London Stadium by the Scot. A victory could pretty much mean survival.
Having said that, a loss could potentially put the Hammers back in a perilous position. The Londoners could potentially be only three points clear of the drop zone by the end of play at the weekend. Whilst their future would still be in their own hands, it would make for an uncomfortable last few weeks of the season.
The best stat…
Manchester City have won their last two away games against West Ham United by an aggregate scoreline of 9-0.
The Citizens won 4-0 in their first trip to London Stadium in 2017. They netted five in their last visit to the Boleyn Ground.
Remember when…
Jack Collison earned West Ham a tight 1-0 victory over City at the Boleyn Ground back in 2009.
Player to watch…
Raheem Sterling. Slightly unfortunate to have missed out on the PFA Young Player of the Year Award, Sterling has been brilliant all season long. He has notched a career-best haul of 23 goals in all competitions and has been one of the catalysts behind Manchester City’s procession to the title.
He has been involved in six goals in his last five Premier League games with three strikes of his own and three assists. The winger also had a hand in five goals in three appearances against West Ham last season.
Form guide…
West Ham United: LLWDDL
Manchester City: WLLLWW (all comps)
32: There's a concern for Cheikhou Kouyate who clashes heads with Aymeric Laporte then hits the ground in worrying fashion. After a long spell with the physios he is helped back onto this feet and then returns to the game. I must say, I'm a little surprised he's carrying on.
34: It should be 3-0
Declan Rice has the ball pinched off him by Gabriel Jesus who is racing away from Patrice Evra but the veteran full back does really well to match him and dispossess the forward. The ball breaks to Leroy Sane who then tries to go round Adrian but can't get the ball out of his feet, and West Ham survive.
37: Manuel Lanzini takes advantage of some rare space in the City half and is racing towards goal but it abruptly stopped in his tracks by Nicolas Otamendi who fouls the forward and picks up the game's first yellow card.
39: West Ham have the ball in the net
Ederson receives a back pass then tries to shift the ball past Marko Arnautovic and get dispossessed! Arnautovic nudges the goalkeeper to the ground then puts the ball into an empty net but a foul is given on the goalkeeper, harsh that.
West Ham 1-2 Manchester City
Aaron Cresswell
West Ham should have had a penalty when Ilkay Gundogan fouls Edimilson Fernandes inside the box, but the referee judges that contact was made outside the area. Anyway, after complaining about the decision, Aaron Cresswell lines up a free kick on the right corner of the area and curls the ball into the back of the net. Great finish and the London Stadium has woken up.
Gary Neville on Sky Sports: "they're a lot happier, the game was drifting away from David Moyes and his men."
45+2: Adrian beats away Raheem Sterling's effort from range and West Ham clear. It's getting very frantic as we head into four minutes of added time.
45+3: City should really be down to ten men
Manuel Lanzini embarks on another of his runs and draws another foul from Nicolas Otamendi. The referee gives a foul and is surrounded by West Ham protests as he opts to not show a second yellow.
