Your support helps us to tell the story
From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.
At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.
The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.
Your support makes all the difference. There are seven games to get stuck into this evening, with Tottenham vs Manchester United the stand-out fixture. Manchester City and Chelsea are also in action as the fight for the top four heats up. Follow the live action below.
Tottenham 2-0 Manchester United
46: Neither side make a change at the break and United get us back underway.
Chelsea 0-2 Bournemouth
61: This is turning into a very good evening for Bournemouth. Junior Stanislas doubles the lead for the visiting team. Another good team goal, this. Callum Wilson turns provider as he slips in the winger who finishes well.
Southampton 1-1 Brighton
64: Jack Stephens brings the scoreline level. James Ward Prowse fires in a free kick and Stephens gets the faintest of touches to carry the ball beyond the goalkeeper.
Newcastle 1-0 Burnley
65: Newcastle take the lead and St James Park erupts. Jamaal Lascelles rises high to head in Kennedy's lifted cross.
Chelsea 0-3 Bournemouth
67: Chelsea are being ripped apart here by Bournemouth. This time it's Nathan Ake who turns in Junior Stanislas' shot after he cuts infield.
Tottenham 2-0 Manchester United
53: Alexis Sanchez wins a header at the back post and the ball cannons off Son's arm which is precariously placed. He was only a yard or so away from him but it's one I'll file under 'seen those given.'
Everton 2-1 Leicester
71: Is there a way back for Leicester? Jamie Vardy scores from the spot after Wayne Rooney tripped Wilfried Ndidi in the box.
