Jurgen Klopp returns to White Hart Lane this lunchtime almost a year on from taking charge of his first Liverpool Premier League game on the same ground. That contest ended in the dullest of goalless stalemates; let's hope for something quite, quite different today.
This is your five minute warning. It's almost time for Tottenham Hotspur versus Liverpool.
19 mins: Michel Vorm once again proves he is capable with his feet. Following his excellent block to deny Coutinho, the Tottenham stopper has just rushed off his line to deny Mane with his leg as the Liverpool forward looked to skip around him.
Maybe Manchester City moved to early with Claudio Bravo.
22 mins: You are not watching an action replay. To be fair, if you're reading this, you're probably not watching anything, but Michel Vorm has just rushed out to tackle Sadio Mane once again with a sliding tackle, this time a good five yards outside of his own box.
45+1 mins: In the first of three added on minutes at the end of this first half, Coutinho is cautioned for stopping the taking of a quick Tottenham free-kick. A brainless booking to add to a disappointing 45 minutes for the Liverpool man.
51 mins: This time Sadio Mane is on the receiving end of a robust challenge as Jan Vertonghen puts his arm across the face of the forward as the pair begin to chase a long ball played down the line. This time Bobby Madley is in no doubt, flourishing a yellow card in the direction of the Tottenham captain. The home fans are restless.
53 mins: Liverpool go close to a second! A James Milner corner from the left is met by the head of Joel Matip, but the defender's glancing effort brushes the top of the crossbar and falls behind. Tottenham have not started the second half in the manner of a team desperate to get back on level terms.
56 mins: DISALLOWED GOAL!
Liverpool think they have a second, but Sadio Mane's volley has been ruled out for offside. It's a borderline decision from the linesman, who flags against Adam Lallana after Georginio Wijnaldum's short pass behind the Tottenham backline. Lallana's deflected cross was eventually converted by Mane, but his celebration - and that of his manager - was cut short.
