54 minutes: Troy Deeney continues to battle away with Spurs defenders but he's feeding off scraps - or less than that.
55 mins: Capoue fouls Rose and Spurs have a free-kick right on the edge of the area...Alli and Kane both on hat-tricks...
...Kane takes and it's heading for the corner until Gomes pushes it wide. Watford clear the corner but Spurs just win it back.
57 mins: Watford's lack of urgency on the ball is quite astounding, standing off Spurs every time they come forward. Alli tries his luck but his shot is deflected away.
61 mins: Spurs in such control that Pochettino is able to bring off Alli with half an hour still to play, no doubt relieved to keep him fresh for the game against Chelsea on Wednesday. On comes Harry Winks.
65 mins: Prodl is booked for a foul on Son - the last thing Watford want here is a sending off.
66 mins: Holebas is off for Watford and on comes 18-year-old Brandon Mason for his Premier League debut.
68 mins: Spurs also make another change as Ben Davies replaces Rose.
69 mins: Mason's first involvement is to track back and prevent Son from getting off a shot inside the area. The Watford youngster does better with his first touch than most of his team-mates have managed in the preceding 68 minutes.
71 mins: Amrabat goes in with a nasty looking challenge on Wimmer and pays the price, the Watford man seemingly injuring his ankle. He receives treatment on the pitch as Mazzarri looks set to make another change.
