Everton secured Premier League survival over Leicester and Leeds on a nervous and tense final day. Needing to defeat Bournemouth to claim their place in the top-flight next season things looked bad for the Toffees as the visitors took the early initiative at Goodison Park.
At the King Power Stadium, Harvey Barnes gave Leicester the lead over West Ham with Leeds falling behind to Tottenham up at Elland Road. That was how things stood at half-time with the Foxes out of the relegation zone and Everton in trouble.
The second half began and Leeds fell further behind Spurs effectively putting them out of the battle. Leicester extended their lead over the Hammers to gain control of their and Everton continued to struggle.
Then, Abdoulaye Doucoure received the ball on the edge of the box and smoked home a wonderful strike to put Everton in front. Sean Dyche’s men lasted through 10 minutes of stoppage to collect their three points and clinch their place in the top-flight.

Leeds 1-3 Tottenham

A great story could be developing in southwest Londoner as Ethan Pinnock’s finish means Brentford are on course to complete the league double against champions Manchester City.
Everton 1-0 Bournemouth
82 mins: Everton are dropping deeper as Bournemouth pump long balls into the penalty area. Dango Ouattara curls in a cross from the right side and almost finds Kieffer Moore but Yerry Mina does just enough to stop him from reaching the ball.
Leeds 1-3 Tottenham
80 mins: Substitute Rutter has a half-chance but he can only fire wide on the spin from inside the Spurs box. Up the other end, Richarlison goes through on goal but Robles makes the save from a tight angle.

77 mins: There’s a pause in play as a pitch invader gets on the pitch. Following that, Spurs make a double change as Richarlison and Craig come on for Son and Bissouma.
GOAL! Leicester 2-1 West Ham (Fornals, 79’)
There’ll be a few nerves around the King Power Stadium now! Pablo Fornals collects the ball on the left side of the pitch, he carries it up to the penalty area the drills it home off the inside of the far post!
West Ham have one back and Leicester need to keep this lead intact.
GOAL! Arsenal 5-0 Wolves (Kiwior, 79)
Wolves’ miserable day at the Emirates gets worse as Jakub Kiwior nets his debut goal for Arsenal from a corner. They now have five!
Leicester 2-0 West Ham
76 mins: Kelechi Iheanacho flicks the ball into the path of James Maddison who hits one with the outside of his right foot and forces a corner when the shot is deflected wide.
Iheanacho is then taken off with Jamie Vardy brought on for Leicester.
Everton 1-0 Bournemouth
75 mins: There’s been a stoppage of five minutes or so at Goodison Park while Jordan Pickford gets some treatment for his hand. That could come back to haunt the Toffees as there’ll be plenty of stoppage time added on.
GOAL! Southampton 4-4 Liverpool (Jota, 73’)
Two goals in one minute and Liverpool are level again! They back in this game from 4-2 down and with over 15 minutes to play either side can win it!
Diogo Jota has a brace, Mo Salah with the assist.
