Big block from Hall! Elanga whips in an early free-kick from the right as Forest whack on the pressure right from the get go. Yates is in there and it drops out to Wood but Hall blocks bravely. The flag is up though, for offside.

Nottingham Forest vs Newcastle United
Nottingham Forest have won just one of their 12 Premier League games against Newcastle (D3 L8), picking up a 3-1 win at St James’ Park last season with Chris Wood scoring a hat-trick. This season, the New Zealander is on fire, sitting joint-second in the scorer's charts with eight goals. Level with Bryan Mbuemo and Mohamed Salah, Wood has scored his eight goals from just 21 shots. No player to have had at least 20 attempts has a better conversion rate than the Kiwi (38.1%) in the competition this term. Newcastle United's leading players in the final third so far have been Alexander Isak and Harvey Barnes, who have each netted three times. Isak, particularly, is one to watch. He loves this fixture, scoring three goals in his two Premier League games against Nottingham Forest, only netting more against Tottenham and West Ham (five each).

The Magpies, who won at the City Ground in the Carabao Cup in August, are looking to keep their winning formula intact to stretch their unbeaten league run at the stadium to seven games. This game is just the second Premier League fixture this season between two sides with unchanged starting XIs after Fulham v Leicester in August.
