Cunha runs towards the box with Botman near him for support. Cunha does take the shot but it goes wide of the target. A lot of intent from Wolves since the second goal in particular and the warning signs are there for Newcastle.

Cunha appeals for a penalty, but the referee is unhinged. Cunha almost collides with Livramento but there was nothing in that to award a penalty. Cunha knew it and did not appeal quite aggressively. Soon after, Guimaraes goes for goal from outside the box, but lifts his right-footed attempt towards the top corner over the crossbar.

Guedes tries his luck from long range, but his effort goes wide. Moments later, Cunha takes a shot at goal, but Dubravka deals with it and Newcastle United clear the threat.
