A slick passing sequence ended in the 99th minute with Groenen driving a shot from outside the penalty area past goalkeeper Hedvig Lindahl.

45 mins: The free kick comes into the box and the Netherlands get the ball to Miedema, Miedema runs it through the box looking for an opening, she doesn't find one so gives ti to Beerensteyn who shoots but has her shot crowded out.

45+3 mins: Honours even at the end of the first 45 minutes. Both teams have seen a lot of the ball but the final passes haven't set up clear chances.
van Veenendaal has made a couple of good saves but Miedema has been quiet and Martens has been non-existent.
Blackstenius and Jakobsson look good but Asllani is leading the Swedish team forward with her pace and work rate.

Roord has come on in every match so far for the Netherlands and Martens may have picked up an injury.

48 mins: Sweden may end up ruing these chances. Netherlands are caught in possession and Blackstenius is allowed to run into space in the box. She takes an extra touch to put the ball onto her right foot and Bloodworth comes diving in from nowhere to block the shot.

51 mins: van de Donk sends the ball out to Roord who gives it back to Miedema. Meidema sends it wide but Hurtig tracks back and wins the ball for Sweden.

54 mins: Steger gives the ball away to Beerensteyn who runs at the Swedish defence before losing the ball. van Lunteren was bombing forward on the overlap and it's a chance wasted for the Netherlands.

57 mins: A corner ball for Sweden comes into the box. The Swedish send a bunch of people in to crowd the keeper but it doesn't work. van Veenendaal punches it as far as Asllani who has a shot ricocheted to Fischer. Fischer takes a shot back across goal and van Veenendaal tips it onto the post! Great save!

60 mins: Sweden get in again. Jakobsson has more pace than van Lunteren and whips a cross into the box but no blue shirts get near the ball.
Asllani brings down her opposite number, just by grabbing hold of Miedema's shirt and not letting go.

63 mins: The Dutch shift the ball from left to right quickly and Beerensteyn wins a corner. The Netherlands are very good at set pieces and it almost proves so again. The ball comes in and Miedema has a free header, she hits it well and Lindahl tips it onto the crossbar!
