Manchester United fell to Crystal Palace as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side began their Premier League campaign one week late on Saturday.

Palace took the lead through Andros Townsend after just seven minutes, and they doubled their advantage on 74 minutes when Wilfried Zaha netted a re-take from the penalty spot after David de Gea stepped off his line when saving Jordan Ayew’s initial effort.

United debutant Donny van de Beek came off the bench to pull one back for the hosts, but Zaha bagged his brace with five minutes remaining at Old Trafford to put the result beyond doubt. Re-live all the updates below:

West Brom’s life back in the Premier League got off to a tough start last week after they were battered 3-0 by Leicester at home.

Despite the scoreline goalkeeper Sam Johnstone had a decent game twice denying Harvey Barnes in the first half before Timothy Castagne broke the deadlock with a solid header.

Jamie Vardy then netted twice from the penalty spot as Leicester took their game up a notch and the Baggies found it difficult to cope.

It was a disappointing start and Slaven Bilic will want a turnaround today.

It’s been a good start to the season for Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton.

They’ve brought in three decent signings in James Rodriguez, Allan and Abdoulaye Doucoure.

Defeated Tottenham 1-0 in the opening Premier League game of the season and cruised past Salford City 3-0 in the second round of the Carabao Cup.

Can they top it off with a win at home against West Brom?
