Follow the latest updates live from the Premier League clash between Everton and Brighton and Hove Albion as Carlo Ancelotti’s side look to maintain their 100 per cent start to the season.

Everton have been one of the form teams in the country so far, winning all six of their matches in all competitions and making it three from three last weekend, in which Dominic Calvert-Lewin continued his goalscoring run before netting a hat-trick in the midweek Carabao Cup victory over West Ham.

Ancelotti does have a number of injury concerns on his hands though, including summer signing Allan, and Brighton will fancy their chances of an upset after resting the bulk of their squad during the week. Follow the live updates below.

Burnley have begun a league campaign with three straight defeats for the first time since 2003-04 in the second tier, while the last time they did so in the top-flight was in 1927-28.

90+4 mins: Full time. Newcastle have been decent tonight. Not quite the expansion, flowing team the fans want but they’ve shown enough promise going forward to handle the teams around them in the league. Allan Saint-Maximin was exceptional, Callum Wilson continues to impress and most importantly they got the three points.

Burnley are all over the place. Problems at the back, a loack of creativity up top, the midfield isn’t commanding enough. Sean Dyche won’t be too impressed with that performance. The visitors had a good 15-20 mins at the start of the second half but quickly fell apart.

88 mins: Bardsley tries to pick out Wood in the box, Darlow comes out to claim the ball, he fumbles it but manages to drop on top of the loose ball without too much trouble.

Newcastle 3 - 1 Burnley - Wilson

77 mins: GOAL! Callum Wilson dinks the penalty straight down the middle, he’s got four goals in four games for Newcastle. What a signing he’s turning out to be.

Penalty to Newcastle!

76 mins: Tarkowski passes the ball back to Darlow. His touch is poor and the ball runs away. Darlow scrambles to regain the ball and takes out Ryan Fraser. No problems with that one.
