Germany vs England kicks off at 7.45pm GMT at the Signal Iduna Park Stadium, Dortmund.

1 min: England kick-off, immediately lump it long and win a throw when Vardy's cross is booted clear.
Smalling is positioned in the centre of England's nouveau back-three, with captain Cahill to his left and new boy Keane to his right.
3 mins: Germany are pressing high up the pitch when not in possession and Smalling looks to catch them out by lofting a long ball over the top.
Vardy gets in between Rudiger and Hummels but Ter Stegen is quick off his line to pluck the ball out of danger.
5 mins: Great work from Jake Livermore! He dispossess Weigl and picks out Vardy with a nice pass, although the forward is unable to bring the ball under his control.
An encouraging influential start from Livermore in the middle of the park, though. They'll all be dancing in the streets of West Bromwich tonight.
6 mins: Naughty. Cahill goes to shepherd a long pass out of play and Kimmich arrives late, before shoving him over into the advertising hoardings.
Cahill, like a pro, doesn't retaliate. But that was spicy.
8 mins: Oh, Jamie. Wonderful from Dele, who wriggles away from his man and splits Germany's defence with a superb slide pass. Vardy collects the ball and knocks it wide off Ter Stegen, and then goes tumbling over in the box.
But it's a dive. And a fairly shameless one at that. Ter Stegen was a little clumsy but Vardy's fall was so acrobatic, he would have done much better to stay on his feet, round the keeper and slot it in.
Seconds later, the ball is whipped into the box in the direction of Vardy, but Hummels heads clear.
A bright start!
