This year sees Manchester City try to defend their crown and claim a historic fourth title in succession. Meanwhile Luton Town are making their first appearance in the Premier League, having risen from non-league in an incredible decade of progress. They followed Championship winners Burnley and second-placed Sheffield United in earning promotion to the top flight.

GOOD SAVE! Castagne plays a long ball over the top to Jimenez, who can't control it under pressure, but his loose touch bounces into Iwobi's path. He has a free run at goal but takes his shot from the edge of the box, and Sa rushes forward to tip it over the bar.
