It's not all about the action at the top though with Norwich, Watford and Brentford promoted to the top tier for 2020/21 and hoping to hold their own against the best English football has to offer and avoid the drop.

Chelsea are really struggling to find their rhythm at the moment. They work it down the left, but as soon as Alonso is put under pressure, he sends a poor pass meant for Kante straight out of play.

Eriksen curls in a good free-kick from the right and it's flicked on by Mbuemo at the far post. Ajer has peeled away on the far side, but his header bounces out off Havertz.

CHANCE! Eriksen plays a one-two with Mbuemo on the edge of the box before spreading it to Henry. He lifts a good cross into the far post, but Toney's header is, again, too high.

Azpilicueta gifts the ball back to Brentford this time, and the visitors are pushing forward again. Toney threads it through to Roerslev, but he's pushed off it by Rudiger.

GOOD SAVE! It's another good bit of play from Brentford, with Roerslev fizzing a low cross into the box. It's just behind Mbuemo, but he recovers to help it onto Toney. He hits a low shot towards the near post, and Mendy gets down to tip it wide.

CHANCE! Chelsea can't clear their lines after a Brentford counter and it's knocked back to Mendy. He spots Mbuemo closing him down so plays a hasty pass straight to Toney. He tries to chip the keeper but gets too much height on it and it sails over the bar, much to Mendy's relief.
