Chelsea have already beaten Brentford twice this season, and have the chance to extend their six-game winning streak across all competitions, after their EFL Cup final loss on penalties to Liverpool. They've won each of their last five Premier League outings as well and are looking to get a firmer grip on third place by extending that today. As for Brentford, they start the day eight points above the drop zone. They had won back-to-back games against Norwich City and Burnley but followed that up with a 2-1 loss to Leicester City just before the international break.
