Prisoner vans arrive at Old Bailey ahead of Constance Marten and Mark Gordon’s hearing
Footage shows the moment prisoner vans arrived at the Old Bailey ahead of Constance Marten and Mark Gordon’s hearing.
They will stand trial next January over allegations they killed their newborn baby girl and left the body in an abandoned shed.
The couple were charged with gross negligence manslaughter, concealing the birth of a child, and perverting the course of justice.
Judge Richard Marks KC set the timetable for the case in the 20-minute hearing. They are due to enter pleas on 18 August.
