Man goes to Buckingham Palace after realising ‘something’s happening’ at end of night out
A man told a BBC reporter outside Buckingham Palace that he had just decided to pop over to the spot after he realised “something’s happening” when he came home from a night out and turned on his tv.
He did not say anything that would indicate that he was aware of the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, and rather said he came down to the palace to check out the “event.”
“I came home after a work event, and I saw you,” he told the reporter, saying he then thought, “hold on a second, something’s happening here.”
