New Yorker turns ‘shoebox’ apartment into cosy home

A New Yorker impressively turned her 300 square foot shoebox apartment into a cosy home.

Tiffany Payne showed off the small space she was working with inside her apartment.

The apartment boasts wooden floors and white walls, a square space for a living area and bedroom and a narrow kitchen.

Tiffany managed to transform the apartment by utilising the amount of space she had.

She placed a large cabinet, TV, small sofa and dining table in the living room area while a desk sits at the base of a double bed.

A narrow kitchen leads on from the living room.
