Little girl battling cancer takes Crufts by storm with her Australian Shepherd puppy
An eight-year-old girl battling cancer and her puppy wowed Crufts in Birmingham, coming in second place in their competition.
Freya Harris, from Horncastle, has stage four kidney cancer and has been watching the iconic dog show from home for years.
This year, she decided to actually enter with her nine-month-old Echo in the Australian Shepherd puppy bitch class.
The pair won the hearts of spectators in Birmingham and across the UK with their inspiring story.
Freya has a rare form of kidney cancer called Wilms’ Tumour, which she was diagnosed with in December of 2021.
