Brendan Fraser gives emotional speech at SAG Awards after win for The Whale
Brendan Fraser became emotional at this year's SAG Awards as he accepted the award for best actor.
The 54-year-old was honoured for his performance in The Whale which tells the story of a man struggling with obesity.
Describing it as the role of his life, Fraser said that the protagonists' battle between regret and hope is universal to every person.
"All the actors who are going through that, I know how you feel, but believe me if you just stay in there and you put one foot in front of the other, you'll get to where you need to go"
