Day 11 at the Rio Olympic Games has delivered more success for Great Britain with Jason Kenny and Laura Trott confirming their status as the country's golden couple.

Trott became Britain's greatest-ever female Olympian on Tuesday, winning her fourth gold in the women's omnium.

Her fiancé followed with a perfectly-timed run in the men keirin to take his sixth career Olympic gold, equalling Sir Chris Hoy as Britain's greatest ever Olympian.

Earlier, sailor Giles Scott took gold in the men’s Finn class.

Diving: Caught your breath, yet? Back to the diving then, where Jack Laugher has added a silver to the gold he picked up with Chris Mears last week.

China's Cao Yuan needed to nail his final dive for gold and did exactly that, knocking Laugher into second.

I went for the win, it's not every day you find yourself in an Olympic final.

I was in great shape but the last 150m was not quite in me. I gave everything and I'm proud with how I ran.
