YouTube star Jake Paul outpointed UFC champion Tyron Woodley to remain unbeaten and move to 4-0 as a professional boxer.
The favourite going into the fight, Paul was the busier boxer, according to the stats, and managed to convince two of the judges - whose scorecards have now been revealed.
Paul did have to weather a storm in the fourth round when he was stunned by a looping right hand by Woodley.
But in truth, Woodley failed to capitalise and his cautious approach cost him a genuine chance of winning the fight.
Woodley then demanded a rematch once the official decision had been read, with Paul offering him terms centred around a tattoo to roll it back for a second fight.

“When I started boxing, I didn’t think I’d be here this fast,” Paul said. “My original goal was to fight Conor McGregor or Floyd Mayweather, because I knew I would have a big enough pay-per-view draw to do those things.
“Now I want to become world champion. I want to fight and beat Canelo Alvarez. This has been a fast, quick roller coaster ride, but I didn’t expect to be here. I just knew I loved fighting and I knew I was good at it.”

“Let’s make no mistake here, there’s a lot better fighters out there than Jake Paul and we don’t even know their names,” John told BT Sport.
“But, they haven’t got what he’s got. Charisma, brains and a selling point of millions of Instagram followers.
“This kid is going to be a sensation in the field he’s in and you can only admire him for what he’s done.
“He’s brought a new wave and a new audience to everything and he’s taken it to a new level, this kid. I’m intrigued where he is going to go with it. A long ways up for him.”

The final round and Mercado just wants to see it out. Serrano is after a knockout. She lands a powerful shot to the head and rocks Mercado who’s struggling to get away from the onslaught. Mercado’s cut is open and Serrano lands two massive head shots from long range.
Finally the bell goes and Mercado survives. Those last two rounds were brutal for her. She was holding on by the end, there’s only one way this fight is going.

Mercado’s cut! She tries to go toe-to-toe again against Serrano but gets pummeled. The left cheek is cut, bleeding and swelling. That was a great round for Serrano who landed a lot of punches without reply.

Mercado forces her way inside and tries to take Serrano on toe-to-toe. It seems to be working as she lands a few blows to the body and head. It may be too little too late for the Mexican though.

Serrano has never been floored as a professional boxer. If Mercado is going to win this fight she’ll need to do something that hasn’t been done before.
It’s Mercado’s best round but Serrano hurts her with a hit to the body and follows it up with a straight right to the face. The bell goes to stifle Serrano’s attack.

Mercado is desperately trying to move away from the ropes but she doesn’t have the power to shift Serrano who hits her with a left-right body combo. It’s brave work from the Mexican though who keeps coming and puts in a better showing with left hook that connects. It might not be enough to win the round though.
