From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. Follow Tiger Woods hole-by-hole as he looks to end an 11-year major drought on the final day of the Masters at Augusta.

The four-time Green Jacket winner started just two shots behind Francesco Molinari and the pair play alongside Tony Finau in the final group.

But the trio are not alone, with Ian Poulter, Brooks Koepka, Patrick Cantlay and Xander Schauffale all in close contention.

Molinari (-13) finds the front edge of the green with his second on the fifth. Up and down for par needed to limit the damage.

Woods (-11) finds the right side of the green and will have a long putt for birdie.

Finau (-11) finds the green and has a tough birdie putt coming up.

Michael Jones14 April 2019 15:40

A long putt from the right of the green for Tiger (-11), it crests a hill but doesn't get the run off Tiger was looking for and he's looking at another tough shot for par.

Michael Jones14 April 2019 15:44

Tiger (-10) misses his par putt to the right on the fifth to take back-to-back bogeys. He's bogeyed that hole every day this week.

Molinari (-13) has a putt for par.

Tiger Woods (-10) is the last to tee off in six. A challenging par-3.

He sends it out to the right, bounces off the downslope next to the green and rolls it to within 10ft or so for birdie.

Molinari (-13) in trouble off the back of the green.

Michael Jones14 April 2019 15:53

The intensity is written all over Tiger's face. He eyes up the line, takes the putt and it rolls right to left and misses the hole.

Par for Tiger keeps him at (-10).

Molinari (-13) hits his drive over to the left on the seventh into the trees.

No such trouble for Tony Finau (-10) as hes goes bang down the middle.

Tiger (-10), goes off last as the wind picks up, he goes for hie tee straight away and sure enough he finds the fairway.

Leader Board Update: Leader -13

"Tap-in birdie for Tiger Woods."

Tiger's approach to seven, heads over to the right, a little backspin and the use of the slope puts him in a great position.

Michael Jones14 April 2019 16:12

Molinari (-12) drops his second shot of the week on the seventh.

Tiger (-11) brings one back with a tap-in birdie and he struts off to the eighth tee. Game on!
