Despite Croatia squeezing through the playoffs, head coach Zlatko Dalic has some impressive players on his roster, including Real Madrid's Luca Modric.
But Nigeria's 4-0 victory over Cameroon gave them the boost they needed, and with that spirit and a squad counting Alex Iwobi, Victor Moses and Kelechi Iheanacho, the Super Eagles could surprise us all.

Croatia 1-1 Nigeria. Both teams have brilliant attacking players so the game is bound to be a cracker.

It certainly is as far as these two teams go.
84 mins: Nigeria right-back Abdullahi Shehu tries to inject some excitement into the game by laying out Ivan Perisic as the pair challenged for an aerial ball. Referee Sandro Ricci fails to get caught up in a rare moment of drama by simply awarding a free-kick.
87 mins: Almost a clearcut chance for Nigeria, who work possession well down the left. A cross is pulled back into the centre of the area for Leicester's Kelechi Iheanacho, but the substitute gets the ball caught up under his feet. The striker manages to edge play right to Moses, but the winger is then unable to find the angle as he turns his shot into a defender.
89 mins: Marcelo Brozovic is cautioned for dragging back Etebo as he threatened to escape his man in midfield. An unnecessary move from the substitute.
90+2 mins: In the second of two minutes injury time, Kovacic passes up the perfect opportunity for Croatia to bag a third...by not passing to Perisic. The unmarked Inter Milan midfielder is the obvious square ball when Kovac moves into the area from the left but, rather than playing in his teammate, he tamely shoots into the arms of Uzoho.
