West Ham scored three goals in eight second-half minutes as they cruised to a vital 4-0 win against Nottingham Forest. After a wasteful first half, David Moyes' side turned the game on its head in the space of eight minutes. Ings swept home from Bowen's miscued shot before bundling home a second from a Benrahma cross just three minutes later. Five minutes after that Rice added the third with a delightful curling effort from outside the box. Antonio came off the bench to add a fourth against his old club to send the home fans home jubilant with three points and a crucial win against relegation rivals, Forest.
