Reports are emerging that West Brom have made a £10m offer for Hull City midfielder Jake Livermore, with Press Association claiming the offer has been made after manager Tony Pulis called for the club to spend money in the transfer window. With Hull keen to strengthen rather than weaken their squad though, it remains to be seen if they would sign-off such a move.
