Tottenham vs West Ham LIVE: Premier League result and final score after Son and Kane combine to seal win
Tottenham 3-1 West Ham: Son Heung-min and Harry Kane continued their sublime partnership as Spurs claimed a big three points in what was a crucial match in the race for next season’s Champions League
Tottenham Hotspur boosted their Champions League qualification hopes thanks to a 3-1 win over top-four rivals West Ham United in the Premier League.
A Kurt Zouma own goal gave Spurs the lead after nine minutes and the hosts doubled their lead when Son Heung-min combined with Harry Kane midway through the first half.
West Ham pulled one back through Said Benrahma but could not find the energy to produce a comeback following Thursday’s extra-time win over Sevilla in the Europa League.
And the win was sealed as Son raced clear to score his second and move Spurs ahead of Manchester United into fifth, three points behind Arsenal.
The result also means Spurs have won back-to-back games in the Premier League for the first time since December as Antonio Conte’s side backed up Wednesday’s win at Brighton.
Real Madrid 0 - 4 Barcelona
An incredible night and a brilliant performance from Barcelona.
Real Madrid 0 - 4 Barcelona
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is the first player to be directly involved in three goals in his first appearance in El Clasico across all competitions in the 21st century (two goals and an assist).
He signed for Barcelona on a free in January!
Real Madrid 0 - 4 Barcelona
I don’t think many people would have been expecting that result tonight. Barcelona were exceptional but they were helped along by a poor performance from Real Madrid. They looked all at sea without Karim Benzema to lead the line.
Full-time: Real Madrid 0 - 4 Barcelona
90+3 mins: There’s the final whistle. Barcelona’s unbeaten run goes on, they haven’t lost in 12 games and perhaps equally important they end a run of five defeats in El Clasico.
They pick up another three points and move up to third in LaLiga. 12 points behind leaders Real Madrid but with a game in hand.
Real Madrid 0 - 4 Barcelona
90 mins: Three minutes of added time to play. Barcelona have demolished Real Madrid tonight. They’ve scored four and could easily have had six or seven. Goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has been Madrid’s best player.
Real Madrid 0 - 4 Barcelona
88 mins: Nico’s first involvements in El Clasico are three fouls in three minutes which sees him pick up a yellow card. The teenager isn’t messing around.
