It's not all about the action at the top though with Norwich, Watford and Brentford promoted to the top tier for 2020/21 and hoping to hold their own against the best English football has to offer and avoid the drop.

That's three wins on the bounce for Spurs now, and they've moved above Arsenal on goal difference, though the Gunners don't play until tomorrow. Next up for them is a trip to Aston Villa. Newcastle have now lost their last three, and sit in 15th, nine points above the drop. They'll be hoping to turn things around against Wolves on Friday.

Spurs go fourth after coming from behind to beat Newcastle 5-1. There were just four minutes separating Schar's direct free-kick opener and Davies' headed equaliser at the end of the first half, and Spurs truly turned things around after the break. Three minutes into the half, Doherty stooped to head Spurs into the lead before Son quickly made it three with a smart finish. Emerson pocked in a fourth less than 10 minutes later and Bergwijn came off the bench to round it off late on.

There are big shouts for a handball from the Spurs fans behind the goal as they think it struck Lascelles' arm when he blocked Lucas' run. The referee had a good view of it though, and he waves the claims away.

Newcastle look tired now and they're caught out by another quick break from Spurs. Kane picks out Son on the edge of the box again, but his low shot is straight at Dubravka this time.

CLOSE! Bergwijn almost has his second! Spurs go long over the top again and Bergwijn peels out to the right to reach it. He lets it bounce before looping a half-volley towards goal and it flies just over the crossbar.
