Southampton make two changes following their 2-1 defeat to Newcastle in midweek, as Tino Livramento drops out of the squad entirely to be replaced by Perraud at left-back and Smallbone comes in for Broja. The latter - Saints' nine-goal top scorer - is demoted to the bench, so either Armstrong or Elyounoussi is expected to support Adams up front.
