He improved as the game reached its latter stages but the Hornets will need him to impose himself to greater effect if they are to put Bournemouth to the sword.

Nathan Ake: The defender put in a resolute performance on Monday night and the statistics showed as much, with the former Chelsea man making the most clearances and passes throughout the 90 minutes. Watford will be hurting after their latest defeat, but they did create chances against Arsenal so Ake will need to give a similar performance.
