Tottenham Hotspur will be looking to stop a run of three straight 1-1 results against a stubborn West Brom team, as they look to close the gap on Liverpool and Chelsea at the top of the table.
The last seven meetings between the clubs have seen one win for each team, and five draws, four of them being 1-1.
It’s a big game for…
Nacer Chadli. The former Tottenham Hotspur man returns to White Hart Lane for the first time since his £13m transfer in the summer, looking to prove them wrong for selling him.
He will be looking to derail his former employer’s good form once again, after scoring in the first meeting at the Hawthorns in October.
Best stat…
Eight. Only Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne (nine) has more league assists that Matt Phillips (eight), the winger has also been involved in 11 goals in his last 10 appearances.
Remember when…
One of a few games that were seen as decisive moments in the demise of Tottenham’s title challenge was Tottenham Hotspur drawing at home to West Brom.
Craig Dawson made up for an own goal earlier in the game by rising highest to nod in a 73rd minute corner, resulting in a 1-1 draw.
Player to watch…
Dele Alli. Arguably one of the Premier League’s most in-form players, Alli has scored a brace in his last three Premier League games, a new record.
He recently reached 20 league goals in only 52 appearances, ahead of Premier League legends like David Beckham (90), Frank Lampard (140), Steven Gerrard (169).
Past three meetings…
West Brom 1 (Chadli) Tottenham Hotspur 1 (Alli) The Hawthorns, October 2016.
Tottenham Hotpsur 1 (Dawson OG) West Brom 1 (Dawson) White Hart Lane, April 2016
West Brom 1 (McClean) Tottenham Hotspur 1 (Alli) The Hawthorns, December 2015

46 mins: It nearly had an instant one! Rondon slipped a pass through the centre for Matt Phillips to chase, and after the winger had danced away from Jan Vertonghen, he sent a shot low across Hugo Lloris that just travelled wide of the far post. It's the visitors' first attempt on goal and much, much better than anything we saw from them in the first half.
50 mins: A change of shape has brought a change in fortune for Albion, and they are now making a contest of this match. No longer gifting Spurs space in midfield, they are getting themselves first to loose balls and looking to get forward in numbers. If only they weren't 2-0 down already.
53 mins: An early second half change from Tony Pulis. The Albion boss removes Chris Brunt, struggling with a back problem, in favour of James McClean. The Irishman is likely to offer the visitors more energy down the left-hand side.
56 mins: A neat double save from Ben Foster keeps his side in it, for now. The Albion goalkeeper first denied a turning Toby Alderweireld with his right foot before Jan Vertonghen followed up from the edge of the area.
58 mins: Another stop from the West Brom number one. Brilliant work from Alli on the left gifts Kane the chance to go for goal from 25 yards, but his low right-footed was pushed away by the busy Ben Foster.
62 mins: Two Tottenham centre-halves are in the wars. After Rondon had inadvertently followed through on Alderweireld after moving the ball on, it's now Vertonghen in distress on the touchline. The defender over-reached as he attempted to keep the ball in play, and appeared to jar his ankle. It looks a bad one.
Meanwhile, Nacer Chadli's return to White Hart Lane has not been a happy one. The Belgian has seen little attacking action and has been replaced by Hal Robson-Kanu.
64 mins: As expected, Vertonghen is unable to continue and will have his place taken for the final third of the game by Ben Davies.
At the other end, Jonas Olsson becomes the first player to be cautioned by referee Anthony Taylor after taking out Kane as he skipped past the defender on route to goal.
70 mins: Gareth McAuley adds a yellow card to his unfortunate own-goal. The defender unleashed a verbal volley in the direction of the linesman after the officials failed to notice Kyle Walker's impudent kick at the West Brom defender on the near touchline.
77 mins: GOAL! TOTTENHAM 3 WEST BROM 0:
Three goals and three points in the bag for Tottenham! It's another West Bromwich Albion horror show as Gareth McAuley fails to tidy up by the corner flag with Kyle Walker chasing an overhit one-two down the flank. The dawdling defender allowed the Spurs wing-back to nip in and send a cross into the middle that Harry Kane steered home with Ben Foster hopelessly out of position.
