The early game saw Liverpool fight from behind to see off an impressive Crystal Palace as Mohamed Salah continued his incredible goalscoring run this season, sealing a 2-1 victory that also saw Sadio Mane on target.
Manchester United, Newcastle and West Ham all take to the field at 3pm against Swansea, Huddersfield and Southampton respectively, while Brighton host Leicester and Watford entertain Bournemouth, and basement side West Brom will attempt to end their dismal form against Burnley at the Hawthorns.
Everton vs Manchester City is this evening’s 5.30pm game, with Pep Guardiola’s men looking to avoid the humiliation they suffered at Goodison Park in this fixture last season.

West Ham face Southampton in a relegation six-pointer this afternoon and Irons boss David Moyes has urged the fans to get behind the team after the unsavoury scenes seen during the 3-0 loss to Burnley earlier this month.
Earlier this week Moyes warned supporters that their poor behaviour could prevent the club from attracting top talent in the future:
"I want this club to appeal to really good international players.
"I don't think what happened against Burnley is going to make those players want to join us.
"If you're a player, you want to come to a club where the supporters are right behind the team. You don't want to come somewhere where they're not.
"We've got to show why top players should want to come here."
We are underway in all six of the day's 3pm kick-offs in the Premier League!

West Ham 0-0 Southampton
It's not been a great start for West Ham at the London Stadium. The atmosphere, as you'd imagine, is a little tetchy and Southampton are currently having the better of it.
This really is a huge match for both sides.
GOAL! West Ham 1-0 Southampton (Joao Mario, 13)
West Ham's Cheikh Kouyate leads a West Ham counter-attack before slotting in Joao Mario, who slams the ball into the roof of the net to give the hosts the lead.
So much for Southampton having the better of things at the London Stadium!
GOAL! Watford 1-0 Bournemouth (Kiko Femenia, 13)
Kiko Femenia gives Watford the lead at Vicarage Road as he volleys home, via a deflection off Josh King, from a Jose Holebas cross!
GOAL! West Ham 2-0 Southampton (Arnautovic, 17)
West Ham's Marko Arnautovic is denied from close range by Alex McCarthy after Joao Mario's pick-out but the Southampton goalkeeper can't keep hold of the ball and Arnautovic turns the ball home at the second time of asking!
GOAL! Manchester United 2-0 Swansea (Sanchez, 20)
This is not a drill. I repeat, this is not a drill... Alexis Sanchez has scored for Manchester United!
The Chilean gets on the end of Jesse Lingard's through ball before slotting a cool finish beyond Lukasz Fabianski!
That's just his second goal since making the switch from Arsenal in January.
GOAL! West Brom 0-1 Burnley (Barnes, 22)
Ashley Barnes produces a lovely finish as he volleys home from Aaron Lennon's cross to give Burnley the lead at the Hawthorns!
