Mauricio Pochettino has left Harry Kane on the bench for Spurs's trip to south Wales with Fernando Llorente leading the line against his old club. Kevin De Bruyne has recovered quickly from what appeared to be a nasty injury against Crystal Palace and starts for City, who host Watford at the Etihad.
Meanwhile Crystal Palace visit Southampton and West Brom head to West Ham with both side in search of valuable points to lift themselves out of the bottom three. Follow all the live action below:

Shane Long's long, long wait for a goal is over as he gives Southampton the lead at St Mary's!
5' - Chance! John Stones almost doubles City's lead but his finish from Leroy Sane's cross isn't as good as Raheem Sterling's and the ball sails over Heurelho Gomes' crossbar.
8' - Andre Gray uses his pace to get in behind the City defence but his lofted finish is kept out by Ederson, who was off his line very quickly there.
12' - Leroy Sane delivers another delicious cross from the left wing after being played in by David Silva but there's nobody there to get on the end of it and the attack fizzles out.
GOAL! Manchester City 2-0 Watford (Kabasele, OG)
13' - Christian Kabasele can count himself really unlucky there as his attempt to block Kevin De Bruyne's cross ends with him diverting the ball beyond Heurelho Gomes and into his own net.
This could be a very long night for Watford.
